EndpointLock™ is an application for touch screen mobile devices which improves operational security. It includes a “Secure Keyboard’, which produces keystroke encryption. With the Secure Keyboard feature, you can add a layer of security to everything you type. See "Getting Started" below to activate your Secure Keyboard on your phone's settings.
EndpointLock operates on touch screen mobile devices and is compatible with Android. The application requires connection to the Internet.
Step 1 Logging into the EndpointLock app:
Once the app is installed, use your email and password to log into
the EndpointLock app.
Step 2 Setting your Secure Keyboard:
Once you have logged into the EndpointLock app, you will need to tap on "STEP 1" in your app screen as shown and Enable EndpointLock in your settings.
OR follow this alternate method:
Click on the Settings on your phone and open:
Language and Input > Add keyboard > Select "EndpointLock" > Select "Default Keyboard"
Note: On certain Android 7.0 systems, the "Language and input" option may be located within "General management". and "Default Keyboard" may be configured by tapping "Virtual Keyboard" then tapping "Manage keyboards".
Step 3. Switch your input method in EndpointLock:
Once you have Enabled EndpointLock, you can click "STEP 2" in your App screen.
Step 4. Check for Secure Keyboard:
You are now ready to open up any app on your mobile device and use your EndpointLock Secure Keyboard.
NOTE: To change language on your Secure Keyboard, long press the "," key and choose the language you would like to use.
Step 5. To switch back to your phone's native keyboard:
To switch back to you native keyboard, follow the same steps and select your native keyboard.
