There is a known compatibility issue between 'Webroot Secure Anywhere' software and EndpointLock™ which may result in unexpected behavior including limited keystroke protection. For this reason, we recommend Windows users who have 'Webroot SecureAnywhere' software installed to configure it by following the steps listed below:
Step 1: Open the Webroot Secure Anywhere application by right-clicking its system tray icon and selecting "View Status" as shown below:
Step 2: Click the settings icon located next to "Identity Protection" as highlighted in red below:
Step 3: Find the On/Off toggle switch located next to "Identity Shield" as highlighted in red below:
Step 4: Click this On/Off toggle so that it turns red and displays the word "Off" as shown below:
Step 5: Close the Webroot Secure Anywhere window and restart your computer.
*Please note that updating to new versions of Webroot Secure Anywhere may automatically re-enable the "Identity Shield" setting. If EndpointLock displays unexpected behavior, please ensure that the "Identity Shield" setting was not automatically re-enabled by Webroot SecureAnywhere.
