WINDOWS 7 & 8:
a. Right-click on the System Notification Area Tray at the bottom right of your screen. Click the Properties. Under the Taskbar tab, click on "Customize" Notification area.
b. The Notification Area Icons will open. Scroll the list until you see "EL Desktop Application". Click on the drop-down and select "Show icon and notifications" to keep EndpointLock™ SHIELD visible. Then click OK.
STEP 2: Activate Your License:
EndpointLock™ requires a License Key for activation. Right click on the EndpointLock™ SHIELD icon to start activation and a License Manager will appear. ALWAYS ALLOW EndpointLock to make changes.
Enter your license key at the bottom of the dialog and click on the "Activate" button. If accepted, EndpointLock™ will show Status as "Activated". Click the Activate button.

STEP 3: Making the toolbar appear in your browser
a. Right-click on the "Tools" or "Favorites" option in the Internet Explorer Menu Bar and make sure EndpointLock is listed. (for Windows 8.1/IE 11 users, first turn off enhanced Protection Mode).
b. You should see ACS EndpointLock appear in your toolbar with a green ball in use. Now each time you type into a field while using your IE browser, you will see the CryptoColor green indicator light appear.
