If the old device still works, make sure you have a record of your license key, then deactivate EndpointLock™ Mobile. Go to your account area https://ael.endpointlock.com/SCloud
Login using the same email address and password you use for the EndpointLock™ Mobile app. The User License Management screen will display next with license key information. Write down the long string of characters and dashes shown in the license field.
Next, use the tool to deactivate EndpointLock™ Mobile. Tap the “x” icon to remove the user profile.
Once your new device is ready, and EndpointLock® Mobile is installed and activated, set the EndpointLock™ Mobile secure keyboard as your device default keyboard to start protecting your new device.
