Malwarebytes Anti-malware program for Windows is known to interfere with EndpointLock™ . The interference does not usually occur on a manual scan.
Issues have been reported when installing EndpointLock™ on a machine with Malwarebytes already installed and during a weekly scan in some configurations.
If Malwarebytes is interfering, disable or uninstall Malwarebytes before installing EndpointLock™ . If an EndpointLock™ install did not work, uninstall Malwarebytes, then uninstall EndpointLock™ and reboot.
Next, install EndpointLock™ , reboot, and activate EndpointLock™ .
Test the computer. When the computer is tested okay, install the latest version of Malwarebytes. Your computer should work normally now.
