There may be certain occasions when the EndpointLock keystroke encryption and the Antivirus running on your PC are conflicting with each other. This could cause EndpointLock to function improperly.
If you notice any issues, you can likely resolve them by adding an exception for EndpointLock in your AV software. Please follow the appropriate directions below:
- Avast
- Follow this guide.
- Add "C:\Program Files (x86)\EndpointLock\*" (without quotes) to the exceptions list.
- AVG
- Follow this guide using the "Add an advanced exception" section.
- Add "C:\Program Files (x86)\EndpointLock" (without quotes) to the exceptions list.
- Select all feature checkboxes.
- Webroot
- Follow this guide.
- Add "C:\Program Files (x86)\EndpointLock\" (without quotes) to the override.
EndpointLock and your keyboard should now be working normally. If you are still having issues please contact support.
