If you have upgraded to Windows 11 and are having an issue with EndpointLock (including a pop up message that states "Cannot connect to driver"), this is because you are not using the latest release of EndpointLock. We always recommend keeping EndpointLock up to date to receive all the latest bugfixes and security enhancements, but Windows 11 will require EndpointLock 5.1.2 or later to function properly.
In order to manually initiate an update, you should:
- Click on the version number from within the EndpointLock GUI which will take you to our Windows download page.
- OR
- Download the latest release directly from our downloads page: https://portal.endpointlock.com/download
